The SSC Physical Test for the Havaldar post is divided into two parts:

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

The PET consists of a single event, which is a 1600-meter run. The candidates must complete the run in 15 minutes for male candidates and 20 minutes for female candidates.

The SSC MTS 2023 exam will be conducted in three stages:
